Training Co-ordinator

- Private Organisation option to work 30 - 40 hours
Our client is seeking to employ a part-time or full-time Training Co-ordinator to fill a 10 month fixed term vacancy.
Day to day duties will include:
- working closely with trainers to establish suitable dates for training
- Storage of individuals, service providers on database
- order training materials and sending to course participants
- organise training venues, catering etc for courses
- Invoicing for individuals
- Ongoing development and maintenance of course calendar and materials
- Generate interest in training and conduct enrolment
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills and experience
- Demonstrated administration work experience
- Solid verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively via e-mail
- Demonstrated organisational skills including multi tasking
