Our client is seeking to engage an experienced individual to fill the role of Facility Coordinator/Receptionist.
You will be working for one of the largest providers of training in Australia, committed to excellence in corporate education and training.

The successful applicant will be responsible for facility coordination, student management, office administration and IT support
Typical day to day duties will include (although not exhaustive):
- Ensure office is open and ready to receive students for training
- Setting up training rooms for scheduled training including tea, coffee, snacks and lunch requirements for students in attendance
- Meet and Greet clients
- Attendance registers for training
- Printing off certificates, student lists
- Organise courier services as required
- Banking duties
- Raising invoices
- Reception duties
- Process credit card payments
- Receiving and validating deliveries
- Stocktaking
- Stationery orders
- Filing.................
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills and experience
- work experience in a customer focused environment involving face - to face communication (5 years or more)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer focused - willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive in your approach to work
- Competent user of MS Office
- Familiar with Lotus Notes (not essential as will be shown)
