This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting pilot initiative with a prestigious Government Department!
Our client is implementing TRIM as its EDRMS and seeking experienced Trainers to form part of an implementation pilot team. They are accepting applications now with projected start dates late March/early April.
Typical duties will include:
- Deliver training in recordkeeping to Central Office and State Territory Offices
- Deliver classroom training on the Electronic Document Record Management System (EDRMS) solution.
- Provide floor walking support during the implementation of the EDRMS.
- Provide helpdesk support to staff during the implementation of the EDRMS.
- Participate in team activities relating to the development and implementation of the EDRMS solution, including liaison and input to the development of training materials by an external provider.
Please note this role may involve some interstate travel as the project develops!
As the successful candidate you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated training experience in delivery to groups of delegates within a professional/office environment
- knowledge, or the ability to gain knowledge of/or experience of recordkeeping practice;
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to assist with activities to achieve team objectives; and
- Ability to work in a flexible environment
- Committed team player
Our client has stated some desirable but not essential skills:
- experience in delivering help desk services;
- experience in delivering computer based training courses;
- formal training qualifications
- experience in using TRIM Context Records Management System
